In today’s competitive job market, it’s important to stay on top of job openings that match your skills and experience. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new feature on our website and app that allows you to bookmark jobs and set up personalized job alerts based on keywords, location, tags, and job types.

Bookmarking Jobs

With this new feature, you can easily keep track of jobs that you are interested in by bookmarking them with just a click of a button. You also can add a short note to each bookmarked job. This way, you can easily revisit the job postings and apply when you are ready. Simply click on “bookmark this job”, on the right hand side of every job post, below the “Apply for job” button. You can access all your bookmarks in the right sidebar menu under “my bookmarks”.

Job Alerts

But the real power of this new feature is in the personalized job alerts. You can set up alerts based on your preferred keywords, location, tags, and job types. For example, if you are looking for a marketing job in Berlin, you can set up an alert for “Marketing” in “Berlin”. Choose the job types that you are interested in, such as “Full-time” or “Remote”.

The email frequency can also be customized, so you can choose to receive daily, weekly, or monthly updates depending on your preferences.

Not only does this feature save time for job seekers by curating job openings that match your criteria, but it also helps you stay up-to-date with the latest job openings. This is especially helpful for passive job seekers who may not have the time to search for job openings regularly.

There are three ways to use this feature. First, underneath each job post is button which states “alert me to jobs like this”. Simply click this button and you are ready to receive similar job opportunities.

Second, set up a customized job alert. Click on “My Job Alerts”, click on “add alert” and customize your alert preferences as described

Third, go to your iOS or Android app. Click on “more” in the menu bar, click on “add alert” and customize your alert preferences.

To sum up, when you find a job that interests you, simply click the “Bookmark” button. To set up personalized job alerts, go to the “Alerts” tab in your account settings. Select your preferred keywords, location, tags, and job types. Done.
